Random Trailer Poem

Thought this was kinda fun, nowhere near done (rhyming couplet-- how creative!). I actually had two other stanzas-- not quite sure where they went on my computer...
The Trailer

As the odor of packed spectators
slowly churns
with the popcorn scent,

I hear,

“Quiet,shhhhhh,stuff away, off!—“

and green, a manufactured flicker
of illumination rolls in,
skulking onto the screen.

Sequences of shots rattle in frames,
pitched frequencies bounce throughout
the cinema coop.

The action roars, flinging
battle, romance and war across the black canvas,
sounds and colors snapping together.

I am hooked, captured by desire—
the last stroke of light splashes the screen and bang
fades into fizzle.
